Tonexera uses only the information needed to answer inquiries, prepare AI audits and measure campaigns.

Information we collect

We may receive your contact details and information you provide when booking. We also collect the landing page, UTM parameters and Google, Meta and OpenAI Ads click identifiers when marketing measurement is enabled.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, trigger the preparation call, prevent duplicate processing and attribute a booking to the correct campaign.

Advertising measurement

Advertising measurement is enabled by default to attribute bookings to campaigns. You can disable or enable it at any time below.

Service providers

Strictly necessary data may be processed by our hosting, booking, calling and advertising measurement providers. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain attribution and deduplication records for no more than 30 days. Technical secrets are kept outside source code, sensitive identifiers are hashed where required and application logs do not retain personal payloads.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information and withdraw consent by emailing support@tonexera.com.
